I’m Lauren, and I have over 15 years of experience in HR, People Work, Labor and Employment law, and compliance. I’ve worked at international conglomerates, public and private institutions, and startups like yours. As a former founder myself, I understand the need to work fast and be efficient with resources.

I started Do HR Better because I am passionate about creating thriving workspaces. I love talking to people, understanding what drives them, and making sure teams get along. I’ll work with your team to develop effective HR strategies, ensure compliance, and foster a positive company culture. Together, we can help your startup reach its full potential and have fun along the way.

I am also a coffee addict, part-time somm, mostly plant-based amateur chef, and travel explorer. Fluent in English, Spanish, restaurant Portuguese, and duolingo French (streak of over a year, pas mal, non?)
